EWP actively works with our customers to seek ways for cutting costs. The
following are some Low Cost Options that may be instrumental in saving
costs.
LOW COST COUNTRY
EWP has four year's of experience working with China factories on
large
volume harnesses. Our unique LCC model allows a customer to receive product
without the logistic headaches, with proven quality and still see a
significant savings from domestically produced harnesses.
LOW COST ALTERNATIVE COMPONENTS
EWP is developing a list of common components that can be substituted on
harnesses for the more costly brand name product. Our customers have
benefited from savings up to 50% on the component cost by designing in these
alternative components.
COST SAVING DESIGN
EWP engineers are trained to evaluate customer product for potential cost
saving design suggestions.
